Hello! Are you our new International Resller Manager? We are a young, international organization, and our interactive movement system, Bike Labyrinth, is designed to encourage people in various care institutions to move in a fun and relaxed way, thereby increasing their quality of life. Put shortly, we want to make people happier and healthier! Your mission is to ensure that as many people as possible in care institutions all over the world can enjoy this.
We are Fietslabyrint, a young international organization based in the Netherlands, operating under the name Bike Labyrinth abroad. Our interactive movement system, the Bike Labyrinth, aims to encourage people in care facilities (and beyond!) to exercise in a fun, casual way, thereby improving their quality of life. In short, we want to make people happier and healthier!
Bike Labyrinth allows people who can no longer go outside independently to take virtual bike rides, from rural landscapes to metropolitan areas. With a team of approximately 25 employees, we strive every day to get as many people as possible cycling, regardless of age, limitations, or weather conditions.
We are growing and evolving rapidly, and our ultimate goal is to get the whole world cycling. That’s why we’re looking for a new addition to our team: someone who will help our partners grow and find new resellers in new countries. This is an office-based role in The Hague, where you will work closely with our international partners
As International Reseller Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our international resellers. You will manage these relationships primarily from our office, through digital meetings and online communication. These partners play a key role in bringing our product, Bike Labyrinth, to market in countries outside of the Netherlands and Germany. Currently we have partners in Europe and Asia. It’s important that you build strong, long-term relationships with them. You will support existing resellers in achieving success, while also finding and onboarding new partners in new countries and markets.
Rather than chasing quick wins, you focus on trust, reliability, and sustainable growth. Through regular digital meetings, clear communication, our reseller portal and an understanding of local market dynamics, you make sure our resellers feel supported and engaged. You will be based in our office in The Hague, the Netherlands and collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our resellers get the best possible experience. It is unlikely you have to travel abroad, since most of your work will be online, but you will be responsible for organising a biyearly catch up for partners at our office and might join our CEO to a fair or a customer abroad. In short: this is an inside role, with only the occasional trip for a trade fair or partner visit.
A competitive salary, pension plan, and 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment).
If you’re interested, please send your resume and cover letter (addressed to Ella Keijzer) to ella@bikelabyrinth.com.
